NeNe Leakes claimed that she was not a husband stealer on Instagram Live Thursday, after she was sued by her ex-husband for $100,000.
The 54-year old former star of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta said, “I’m already out there a husband stealer. This is too much,”
“And ain’t nobody out there stealing husbands,” NeNe said, answering questions from viewers during the live broadcast.

NeNe casually dismissed the allegations with a touch of humor.
She said, “Nobody wants to steal anyone else’s problems honey,” and laughed.
Malomine Tehmeh–Sioh sued NeNe, claiming that NeNe started a relationship with Nyonisela Sioh when he was still married.

According to legal documents, Malomine asserts that Nyonisela and NeNe’s relationship caused her emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of affection.

Adultery is a crime under North Carolina criminal law. This is where the suit was filed. It is when a man or woman who is not married to another is ‘lewdly, lasciviously associated, bed and cohabit with each other’.
The law of alienation of affection is based upon 18th-century English common law, in which a husband can sue another man to lose his wife’s affection.
At the time, women could not sue because they were considered property of their husbands. However, either sex can sue now under the statute.

According to the suit, Malomine seeks damages of around $100,000
The men’s fashion designer and NeNe were first seen together in Miami in December 2021, three months after Gregg Leakes, NeNe’s husband died from colon cancer.
The Dynasty actress shared some photos from her December 15 birthday, and some shots included her new beau.
The couple has been together since then and have attended various events together.

The RHOA alum filed a lawsuit in April against the companies producing the Real Housewives shows. She claimed they created a hostile work environment.
According to the suit, NBC, Bravo, and True promote a culture of corporate and workplace tolerance for racially insensitive behavior, if not encouraged.
NeNe claims that she was subject to racial comments from Kim Zolciak over many years, and that producers ignored her complaints.
